New Ohio Review | "Ode to the Impossible"

I’m honored to be among an all-star cast of gifted writers in Issue 28 of New Ohio Review. I love this publication. It’s especially meaningful because it comes out of my alma mater, Ohio University. Editor, David Wanczyk, is hands-on in the best way and always on point. For folks that aren’t die-hard poetry lovers, you may want to check out the poem “Ode to a Nightingale” by my favorite “old guy”, John Keats, before you dig into this piece. While you’re at it, go ahead and read all of Keats’s odes—they all fucking sing!
