I’m thrilled to be included in this publication from the Blue Ash Review. The collection of poems is written by 14 poets who responded to the art of Cincinnati Poet, Merle Rosen. A reading was held in February 2018 at Caza-Sikes Art Gallery, thanks to Evan Sikes. It was a time of celebration of Merle's life and contemplation of the art she left behind. I'm so grateful to Rhonda Pettit and others at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash for seeing the value of preserving these ekphrastic poems in this way. The publication is beautiful! It includes poems from Grace Curtis, Robert Murphy, Michael Henson, H. Michael Sanders, Rhonda Pettit, Roy W. Jones, Karen George, Richard Hague, David Jones, Eileen Tabios, Kevin Oberlin, Pauletta Hansel, John J. Trause, and yours truly.
